6 week TRansformation challenge
After a decade in the business we realized the first 6 weeks of a new member’s journey is the most important. As such we have now created a new 6 week challenge to help new members start right and receive plenty of support.
What’s included?
Your 6 weeks challenge will begin with a 60 min one on one session with one of our dedicated coaches. Together we will discuss your goals, habits, nutrition, and many other health related topics. We will also take your bodyweight and some body measurements. You will then proceed to our gym to take on some physical test. This will set our baseline and provide an understanding of where your current level of fitness.
Once this is completed you and your coach will start planning out your next 6 weeks. Your coach will follow up with you every week as you know begin to train 3 times a week for an hour with your group.
