What got him into Crossfit

Started CrossFit in 2018.

I got into CrossFit because I wanted to get back into shape and meet people as well. I wanted something different than a normal gym and more like a sport. Went to the gym and watched videos on CrossFit, and was immediately hooked. 

Favourite Movement

Push Press and muscle ups. Any kind of grunt work or gross cardio.

Least Favourite movement

Burpees and devils press.

Favourite healthy meal

Any kind of fruit or any kind of beef jerky.

Favourite unhealthy snack

Any kind of candy.

I have a pair of autographed Patrick Vellner nobull lifters.
