High performance Teen Program - 306 Training Grounds

Are you a teen looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit or Weightlifting? Do you have the grit and desire to push your body to be the best it can be? We are excited to be launching our fourth year of our competitive and intensive program for teens. This program is for those who are interested in becoming the fittest and strongest they have ever been and potentially compete in the sport of CrossFit and/or Weightlifting.

Highlights from our first three years!

The results of our program speak for themselves:

Year 1:

  • Jacob finished 28th in the world for CrossFit

  • Bella finished 2nd at Jr Nationals for weightlifting

Year 2:

  • Brynn finished 22th in the world for CrossFit

  • Kenzie took a sliver at the Atlas Games and Brynn took a bronze

  • Bella Won Jr Nationals for weightlifting

Year 3:

  • Trenna finished 7th at the CF Games!

  • Hutton took a silver at Nationals

  • Brynn and Mackenzie both took bronze at the National championships for weightlifting.

The Training schedule - New this Year

As our goal is to keep our groups small to maximize effective coaching, Coach TJ and I have decided to split our Training Grounds into two groups.

  • 306 Training Grounds - CrossFit

  • 306 Training Grounds - Weightlifting

306 Training Grounds CrossFit - Coach TJ will be running this program and he will be coaching the teens on Tuesdays and Thursday from 1pm - 3:30PM. In order to participate in this program, you will need to have a flexible school program.

306 Training Grounds Weightlifting - Coach Jay will be running this program and it will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30pm until 8:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Fridays.

All athletes will be expected to perform some additional training as part of their program as directed by their coach. All athletes will also have full access to the gym at all times and can access all coached classes as well outside of the Training Grounds dedicated classes.

The season runs from September - June in line with the competition season.

What’s included?

You will be coached by a team of expert coaches and have personalized programming and scaling to ensure that you are progressing while keeping you injury free. You will train in small group and class training sessions in CrossFit, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, powerlifting and weightlifting . You will be part of a team of like minded people who want to push and strive to be the best that they can be. Space is limited to 8 athletes in each program.

In only 20 months, Bella went from never touching a barbell to winning the Canadian Jr weightlifting championships!

Kenzie and Brynn had exceptional performances this year. Brynn finished 22nd in the WORLD and her and Kenzie both podiumed at the CF Atlas Games!
