Well, this sure has been a week! I am not going to lie, I thought a month ago that this was just going to be something unfortunate in the world but it wouldn't make it's way to us. Boy, was I wrong. I am sure that I am not alone in thinking that this whole experience is pretty surreal. Watching the rest of the world and then bracing ourselves for what is to come. I am happy to see so many taking all of the recommendations to heart. I truly believe that together, we will get through this. I know that in creating our new "normal", it's important to bring back some routine. We have been working diligently to find ways to best serve you. We were hoping that this would just be for 2 weeks, but I think it will be much longer. So, starting Monday morning at 7:00 am we will be doing our first virtual CrossFit WOD.
We will offer CF at: 7:00am, Noon, 5:00pm.
We will also offer a nutrition class with a Q & A at 4:00pm
Mobility/stretch class at 6:00pm.
We will be doing these through Zoom. You just need to join the meeting and then you can see your friends and have a coach take you through the WOD. If one of these times don't work for you, they will be archived, so that you can do it whenever it works for you.
The Zoom link will be sent in with the daily WODs.
This is all new for us, but we are doing everything that we can to ensure that we can serve you and continued to provide unmatched value to our beloved members. Our hope is that we can find an option that works for you. We understand that these are uncertain times and you all have different needs, so we have come up the the following options:
1. Continue with your membership dues and utilize the zoom classes daily.
2. Use your membership dues towards a personal program:
Weightlifting program with video analyses and nutritional support (requires a platform and barbell set)
#JCAINTRAINED program with nutritional support. (requires a solid garage gym set-up)
3. You can put your membership on hold for 2 months.
4. You can cancel your membership. We will waive the 30 day policy and instead charge 50% of your final month.

We will also be offering 1 piece of equipment to our members. You can take a kettlebell, dumbbell, wall ball, ab mat, or box to help you add something to your home workouts. Jason and I will also be showing you how you can turn household items into gym equipment. We will be at the gym from 1-3 PM for equipment pick-ups on Sunday, March 22nd. If you need to come at another time, please contact us so that we can arrange it.
