Reebok CrossFit 306 would like to extend a huge congratulations to Connor Lutz. Connor Lutz who along with Marc Morris lead our Power Lifting program at 306. Connor competed at the World Power Lifting Championships last week in Russia. This marked Connor's second consecutive appearance at the World Championships. Connor claimed the bronze medal in the 83KG weigh class as a Junior. He also broke the World record in the bench press with a successful 403lbs bench. Incredible accomplishments by any standard.
