Well I'm speechless. Our little community was born on Dec 1st. Just like a new born, we have grown exponentially since that inaugural day. With the open starting it gave us all a chance to see how our 7min of burpees would rank worldwide. Turns our little community has fared quite well. We are now 6th in Canada West and top 12 in Canada. A very impressive accomplishment by us all. Even more impressive then the amount of burpees was the support from the 306 community. The community squeezed a few extra burpees out of everyone, it was an awesome spectacle. As your coach I promise to not program any burpees for at least two weeks;) As a participation rate our gym ranked third in all of Western Canada, again absolutely incredible! I'm excited to see what the next few weeks will bring.
