Coach Marc and Connor along with member Jessie Buydens went down to the Canadian Powerlifting Championships in Vancouver. Connor won Nationals and qualified for Worlds! Jessie placed third and Marc finished fifth.
Coach Jay and Rob Lovelace competed at the Western Canadian Olympic Weightlifting Championships. Rob posted his best competition total, and coach took home a bronze medal and helped Team Saskatchewan to a second place finish.
13.3 proved to be another good one for 306. We finished tied with Taranis out of Victoria for second in the West. That's two weeks in a row where we finished in the top two. This was a repeat WOD from last year's Open and we improved significantly. Last year our team score was 1494, this year we hit 1532. Our depth shone through again with 15 men, and three women scoring MU. Couldn't be happier of our team's performance.
