It is hard to believe that this is the last long weekend of the summer. Where did the time go??? We will be closing on holiday Monday. There will be regualr classes on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday. Enjoy the weekend...Be safe!

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
