After our incredible success in the Open I started looking around for other opportunities to help develop our athletes and continue to make 306 a kick ass community. Well it looks like I may have found the perfect fit, The Granite Games!
The Granit Games define themselves as the folllowing:
- First and foremost, The Granite Games aims to provide an event-like competition experience to a wide range of athletic abilities -- from the novice enthusiast looking for their first event to a professional competitor striving for the podium.
- Passionate athletes at ALL levels: What makes our sport unique is that CrossFit fans not only desire to spectate, but to compete as well. The Granite Games gives every fitness enthusiast the opportunity to have their moment on stage.
- While not every collegiate football player will achieve the NFL, likewise in the sport of fitness, not everyone makes it to The Games. The Granite Games will be the destination for the AsRX and Intermediate athlete. The event will be a high level, professional atmosphere to train for and fuel their competitive fire.
Registration Opens tomorrow. I will be providing our community with a community CODE required to join our team, Reebok CrossFit 306. Take a look at all the information on the following website, www.thegranitegames.com.
This is a three stage event with the first two taking place at our facility. It concludes in Minesota in Sept, I'm thinking super fun raod trip!
